The utility is my first context. People need spaces to live, as close as possible to offices, schools, markets, hospitals, etc. No one lives in a stock market, or a Crypto wallet. People need space to work. The post-pandemic idea of Work From Home is diluting. Even if it stays, a bigger home is needed. People need space for storage, even if everything is available on sale in your mobile phone, the actual stuff is still lying at some physical storage rack before being delivered to you. Real Estate is the only investment that is as REAL as it gets.

History of real estate prices is my second Context. It always looks overpriced today. It always looks rightly priced when you look back.
